These terms and conditions are in addition to and do not replace the protections offered under Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of Liability
Flower Thinking is not responsible for loss or damage you might experience in relation to your use of this website and the information contained within.
All prices on this website are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

This website may contain hyperlinks to other websites. We provide such links for your information only and take no responsibility for any outcome that results from your use of any linked website. Any link on our website to another site does not imply our approval or endorsement of that website or its contents or any products and services offered on that website.
Ownership of physical products remains with Flower Thinking and does not pass to you until your payment has been received in full. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address information when you place an order for goods. All risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you once the goods have been despatched.
Returns & Refunds
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition or which fails within the period of coverage stipulated by Australian Consumer Law, due to faulty manufacturing or workmanship. We do not issue refunds where you have simply changed your mind or decide that the product isn’t suitable for you.
Shipping charges are not included in the prices listed on our website and are an additional cost to you, calculated at the time you place your order.
Places in events (such as workshops and courses) can be secured by paying the fee in full or, where offered, by paying the required deposit; the entire fee must be paid in full by no later than seven (7) days prior to the date on which the event commences.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations will incur fees as per the following:
Cancellation up to 5 weeks prior – Full refund of monies paid, less admin fee equal to 5% of the total price
Cancellation up to 3 weeks prior – Full refund of monies paid, less admin fee equal to 25% of the total price
Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior – Full refund of monies paid, less admin fee equal to 50% of the total price
Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior – No refund (100% of the fee will be forfeited as an admin fee)
Where cancellation results in an admin fee that is greater than the amount paid to date, you will be liable to pay the difference between the amount paid and the admin fee due, and an invoice will be issued.
Workshop places are strictly limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. When all places are taken, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list and potential registrants will be advised as soon as possible if a place becomes available.
You are required to provide your own tools, eg. snips/scissors, knife, secateurs and pliers, etc. Where prior arrangement is made, we may at our discretion attempt to assist you by providing essential tools for you to use, by purchase or loan.
You are required to provide your own materials except where otherwise stated in the information for a particular event/workshop/course.
At catered events, we will endeavour to cater to dietary requirements if sufficient notice is given; however, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be able to be accommodated.
Accommodation & Transport
Workshop/event fees do not include your accommodation and transport.
