In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we accept returns on goods that are faulty, defective or damaged..

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Physical Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Courses, Workshops and Seminars
Cancellations to enrollment in online and in-person Courses, Workshops and Seminars are refundable according to the following:

85% of course fee

less $100 admin fee

 

Up to 3 weeks prior to commencement date

 

50% of course fee

less $100 admin fee

 

Less than one week prior to commencement date

After commencement date No refund applicable
