Flower Thinking welcomed Gregor Lersch to Sydney as the Guest Lecturer for Flower Thinking Connections 2026.
The event included a one day Symposium focused on the creative process and potential sources of creativity, followed by a three day hands-on workshop on Gregor’s latest framework Linking - a system for innovating new ideas.

Gregor Lersch's body of work, both floral and written, is so diverse that it resists simple characterisations.
He is recognised not only for his floral designs, but for the way he explains the thinking behind them.
We were honoured to have Gregor lead us in a week of floral design, discussing the origin of ideas, sketching and creating new design styles.
